Position Title
Construction Coordinator
Provides support to Sr. Director of Entertainment/Facilities as needed to complete all construction, remodeling and facilities management projects on time and on budget. Including, but not limited to, preparing project budgets, obtaining bids from contractors, monitoring and periodically reporting on project status, coordination with Field Operations personnel, etc.

Provide service and support to Corporate and Field Operations personnel, vendors, landlords and the corporate team to ensure timely and cost effective response on all construction, remodeling and facilities management/maintenance needs.

Identify and recommend new vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service for construction and maintenance needs. Obtain proposals from vendors for approval as needed. Generate Purchase Orders for applicable approval and review invoices prior to approval and payment.

Prepare Architectural and Construction Contracts. Track construction lien filings and obtain lien waivers for all completed construction projects. Maintain warranty information and track compliance.

Coordinate with project managers, suppliers and contractors to ensure timely ordering, shipping and installation of all FFE required for remodels.

Monitor and periodically report on capital spending versus established budget. Assist in projecting "going-forward" capital spending.

Create and continually update Corporate Construction Design and Specifications Manual in electronic format and maintain applicable approved supplier lists.
Must have a minimum of 2 years retail/commercial construction related experience. Bachelor's degree in related area from four-year College or university preferred.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to details and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be a positive, service-oriented individual who is a self-starter. Able to effectively influence others and enjoys working in a team environment.
